in bearlabs.net/project, now mdx can have own task-boards and one button to dispatch all tasks. however, recently in different proj-doc, different targets are used and the behavior are unaligned. I would now want to consolidate the dispatch of all tasks component to the common form which can choose all available targets during dispatch. The UI wireframe will be quite important pls draw it based on existing UI and draw it using HTML.
